·  End user asks for a charge [token] remotely through his        

   mobile[mobile APP, SMS, or website].
·  Server will send a numeric token to customer.
·  Customer will feed his meter by this token.
·  The credit could be deducted from customer credit cards or        from customer mobile balance.
